DocLink Doctor App

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the DocLink Doctor App, please follow the instructions below.

1How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Delete From Mobile App (Recommended)

Open the DocLink Doctor App on your mobile device
Go to Profile tab
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" button
Tap on "Delete Account"
Enter your password to confirm
Read the warning message carefully
Tap "Confirm Delete Forever"

Method 2: Delete From Web Dashboard

Log in to doctor.doclinkcare.com
Navigate to Profile page
Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
Click "Delete Account"
Enter your password to confirm
Click "Confirm Delete Forever"

Method 3: Email Request

If you cannot access the app or web dashboard, send an email request:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - DocLink Doctor App

Include:

Your registered email address
Full name
SLMC registration number (for verification)
Confirmation statement: "I request permanent deletion of my account"

2Data Deletion Details

The following data will be permanently deleted:

Profile Information: Name, email, phone number, NIC, SLMC number, specialization
Surgery Records: All patient surgery records, surgery cards, and body area images
Surgery Instructions: All pre-operative and post-operative instruction templates
Uploaded Files: All videos, audio recordings, documents, and images
Financial Records: Channeling finance records, surgical finance records, and hospital associations
Subscription Information: Payment history, subscription records, and billing data
Shared Content: All QR codes and shared surgery instruction links

3Data Retention

Anonymized Analytics: Some anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement and research purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you.

Legal Compliance: Certain records may be retained as required by law for accounting, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Retention Period: Personal identifying information will not be retained after account deletion.

4Processing Time

In-App/Web Deletion: Immediate effect. Your data is deleted within minutes.
Email Request: We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email once completed.
